Sixteen-year-old Katrina Ricks, aka “Trina”, hails from Washington, DC’s most notorious and rugged projects. While experiencing the stark of poverty, she also endures molestation at the hands of her stepfather, while her mother works the night shift. Eventually, fear leads to the murder of her stepdad at the hands of a tormented Trina.
