On its 20th anniversary of publication, revisit Roy Glenn’s first novel, Is It a Crime.  In this hood love story, Glenn introduced readers to his most popular and enduring character, Mike Black.

Black becomes enchanted with Cassandra Sims; a beautiful woman who is involved in the drug business.
